Fit Life Training operates in Newcastle upon Tyne. We are all about helping individuals and groups achieve their own personal goals whether training for an event or even if you are new to fitness and are looking to improve the way you look and feel about yourself.
Fit Life Training is owned and run by Joe Bell, Vickie Thirlwell and Sarah Mcmillan who are all experienced Trainers.
Our time table of classes are designed to incorporate all the variants in training that will help improve your fitness in all areas. Each session will be different to the last and you will find them challenging, motivating, a lot of fun and very rewarding. We are not your average run of the mill fitness provider and our purpose made facility is designed to put you in the shape of your life.
The classes are very friendly with men and women of every fitness level taking part so you won''t feel on your own. It''s a great environment to train in and you''ll be made to feel very welcome.
The Personal Training we provide is very comprehensive. You will recieve a free, no obligation consultation. If you wish to proceed you will have your health status, body fat percentages and measurements taken and recorded. From there we will look at where you are now and what we will be doing to get you where you need to be.
As we go along you will receive regular recorded updates on your progress and periodically we will revisit your relevant health and fitness testing which will be tailored to your goals so you can see exactly where and by how much you have improved.
