When we are caught up in the emotional stress, it can often feel difficult to get back on track or to move on to a better place. Sometimes we can feel overwhelmed and we need support so that we can manage it better.
Each individual has their own reasons for starting therapy. My aim is to provide you with a safe environment, where you will be free to express and explore your feelings and emotions without any judgement.
