I give sole traders and small businesses the time to concentrate on and grow their business by taking on the responsibility for their admin and bookkeeping. This can be done on a regular or ad hoc basis and includes services such as ; General Admin / Organisation - letters, emails, task reminders, newsletters, flyers & posters, compliance checks (e.g. GDPR), database / CRM management and data entry, proof-reading, minute taking. Bookkeeping including Self Assessment - monthly and/or end of year accounts, PAYE, VAT, pension auto-enrolment, accounts analysis. Website Development & Maintenance - using website building software. System & Procedures - updating, improving and installing new systems and procedures to ensure your business is running efficiently. Business Start-Ups - support when setting up your business with registrations, accounts, branding, website development, identifying revenue streams, business planning. Event Management - staff parties, corporate team building, travel arrangements, holidays. Basically all those tasks that should get done but never seem to, or get done at the last minute !
