The Initial Consultation First, arrange with Peter a suitable time to meet at your home Next you'll complete a health form & agree realistic short, medium & long term goals Finally, Peter will conduct a fitness assessment to include: Blood Pressure, Electronic Weight & Body Fat Test, Lung Function, 3 Min Step Fitness Test & Postural Analysis Exercises You'll Be Doing Now you're good to go, Peter will begin a programme to suit your exercise preferences, goals, age & medical status. Sessions include: Kettlebells, Kick Boxercise (pad work), Yoga, ViPR, Circuit Training & Chair Based Exercise Diet Coaching Sessions After filling out food diaries, you'll receive feedback on healthy eating & tips for weight loss & performance. The 'Diet System' option provides weekly sample meal plans. Coaching For Behaviour Change Many people struggle to lose weight & maintain it, despite knowing what they 'should be doing'. Peter will assess your readiness to change & potential barriers with a Psychometric Questionnaire. This will encourage long term adherence.Reassessments To Review Your Progress With regular reviews on your weight, body fat & measurements, you'll be given feedback on all aspects of your fitness goals. Achievement certificates for meeting your weight loss targets will reward you with increased motivation.
