National Vocational Qualifications at Levels 2 and 3 in Customer Service, Business & Administration and Management. The courses aim to promote skills and knowledge at work according to national standards. The candidates come from diverse backgrounds; they represent finance, legal, retail and catering occupations among others in the service sector. The assessment sessions occur in the work place at mutually convenient times. The candidate produces course work in a Portfolio which is assessed regularly. He/She is awarded the full and unit certificates on completing the course.
