Coaching Business coaching Our aim is to help you to perform to the best of your ability so you can solve any problems that you may have and to achieve your ambitions and goals. We facilitate discussions to make difficult and awkward situations simple. We aim to get to the root causes of problems quickly and then support in implementing the changes through detailed and structured action plans and with follow up sessions. All coaching activities are based around achievement of business related objectives. Life Coaching Life coaching aims to help you achieve clarity and confidence to work through issues that are holding you back from enjoying a challenging and peaceful life. We can guarantee your coach will be: - Non judgemental - Committed to help you achieve your goals and available for follow up on the telephone or email Forum Theatre We use a team of actors alongside experienced learning and development professionals to create interactive work based scenes. Drama-based training is used a lot for issue-based programmes, such as diversity or carrying out disciplinary and investigation meetings. It takes the pain out of role-play as a team of actors take responsibility for acting out the scenes that your staff create Not only is it a good way of encouraging debate and getting the message across, but it can also revitalise topics that staff often complain have become formulaic and a 'ticking the right boxes' exercise. Because it is such an immediate, engaging way to conduct training, it can have a much greater impact than some of the more traditional methods.
