I am a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and offer confidential ethical counselling to individuals. I have experience with general counselling; in addition I have particular experience with health, caring and bereavement. I work from a person-centred basis, respecting my clients'' own interpretations and meanings, and sometimes I work creatively.
