If you hate the gym but want to have fun and get fit, look no further! Come and join us and find out what the new pole dancing craze is all about!
Classes will start with a thorough warm up followed by some endurance and strength training. We move on to learning some challenging pole tricks then move on to linking all the moves together into a little dance sequence.
All levels of students are welcome, with or without dance experience.
Classes run between Mondays to Wednesdays.
