Whilst an Accountancy career may have taken Helen down a different path, writing has always been important. Contributing to local interest and technical publications, her work has regularly appeared in print.
In recent years, she has become involved with a monthly community magazine. With a circulation exceeding 3,000 and funded by advertising and grants, this award winning publication offered the opportunity to edit regular issues, contribute articles and write advertorial features.
She contributes to other local papers and publications on a freelance basis and has become a regular correspondent for a local paper with a circulation of almost 40,000.
Helen has also written technical articles for a consumer website which specialises in credit card analysis.
She is a member of the Association of Freelance Writers and lives with her family in Dorset.
