I then became acquainted with the local Folk Music Scene and became a regular floor spot Singer Song Writer for 2 years. With the playing skills that I had acquired through experience and watching others performing and learning from my own trial and error, I acquired the confidence and desire to teach and progressed to conducting my very first Guitar Lesson. Since then I have had many fruitful years in teaching all kinds of students' In addition to teaching Guitar I also Teach Fine Art.

1992 to 1993 Teaching Assistant in Art: Running Guitar a Workshop (Featured on Radio Kent): Singer Songwriter at the Disability Arts Day Horniman's Museum London: Started teaching One to One guitar lessons. After that I didn't start teaching the guitar again till the Millennium

2000 to Date: Teaching guitar on a One to One basis in Student's Homes: Added the Mandolin, Harmonica, Ukulele & Banjo from 2008: In 2016 I taught Guitar to selected pupils at Ashford Oaks Community School, in 2018 I ran an after schools Art Club @ Cecil Road Primary School.

My current role is Three fold, Although now having reached retirement age, I don't wish to stop in any way and will continue till I drop. I remain a Guitar Tutor and also Tutor Fine Art. To support my enterprise when teaching work becomes limited I am also a Part Time Night Watchman

My lessons are flexible and geared to the individual preferences of the Student and you will find me an Easy Going Tutor. As a professional I have gained a tremendous amount of musical knowledge and experience which I pass on gladly to my Pupils. It is much appreciated when the pupil takes the lessons seriously and maintains lesson continuity. It is also appreciated if the Student commits to a minimize of 5 Lessons. In the event that a a Student has to cancel, and I recognize that emergencies do occur, I request a minimum of 48 hours Notice of cancellation. There is no cancellation Fee
