Willex Counselling
Lowestoft, Suffolk
Why choose Willex Counselling''s Online or Telephone Counselling Services? There are three distinct advantages to choosing Online or Telephone Counselling as opposed to the traditional ''face to face'' sessions. The first is that it saves you time. You can pre-arrange your Counselling sessions at a time to suit YOU, and you do not have to leave the comfort of your own home or workplace. Second is the cost. Online Counselling costs you ONLY the price of the session, (along with a standard charge telephone call where applicable) no costly trips back and forth to the Counsellors office. Thirdly, it is MUCH easier to open up to a counsellor on the other end of the Telephone or Internet Connection. Telephone or Online Counselling does not suit everybody, but in this growing age of technology more and more people are turning to it to help them deal with the demands of 21st Century life, where the pressure of time makes visiting a Counsellor at their practice more and more difficult. Thank You.

Sheila Lauchlan
Cobham, Surrey
ARE YOU GOING THROUGH A CHANGE, AN ADJUSTMENT, A CRISIS, OR JUST EXPERIENCING A DILEMMA THAT IS DIFFICULT TO RESOLVE? I am a systemic/family therapist based in Cobham, Surrey. I work with individuals, couples, families, adolescents and children. The service can be long or short term, and I offer counselling by SKYPE to those who are often abroad. When people experience difficulties i their lives, this often affects their relationships, and I focus on communication patterns, and how these occur time and time again. Once these patterns are identified and changed new solutions to life''s dilemmas become possible. I include CBT into my techniques and use EMDR to unblock unprocessed trauma. I have worked for many years in the NHS, and so no problem is too big, but equally no problem is too small. My particular interests are eating disorders and the effects of childhood sexual abuse.
