McColl Developments was formed in 2004 to source and obtain planning consent on land with development potential, for sale to other developers or for development ourselves. We also offer planning, architectural design and project management services to external clients.
Our area of operations is primarily in the districts of Dacorum and St Albans in Hertfordshire; Chiltern and Wycombe in Buckinghamshire; Wokingham, Reading, Bracknell Forest, Windsor and Maidenhead in Berkshire; Spelthorne, Runnymede, Guildford and Woking in Surrey; and Hart and Basingstoke & Deane in Hampshire, although other opportunities will be considered on their merit.
We consider sites of any size and market sector for land turns, with a maximum GDV of 6 million. Conversions/renovation of single dwellings are also considered if the opportunity arises to turn property quickly to provide capital for the business.
Our first project was the completed and sold development of a block of six flats in Wokingham on the site of an old bungalow.
Our current development is in Fulmer, Buckinghamshire where we are constructing a 6 Bedroom 6 Bathroom Georgian Style property in land approaching 10 acres, which is due for completion in February 2009.
We have exchanged on a site in Thames Ditton which is at appeal and we are in negotiations to purchase a site in Caversham.
McColl Developments personnel have a wealth of experience in residential development, primarily in the fields of land acquisition and planning.
