My name is Graeme Long. I am a newly qualified Counsellor with a Diploma in Psychotherapy. During my life, I have worked in many varied settings with individuals and groups of all ages and from all backgrounds. Just like in face to face therapy, I will focus on you and your concerns and respond with some questions, observations, challenges and ideas to help you to reach a deeper understanding of yourself, find new ways of being you and become a stronger, braver and happier person.
