Ora Fitness offer training at home, outside and in the studio to people of all ages and fitness levels across Brighton and Hove and Sussex. The main trainer Jennifer Neal has many years experience in the industry training clients in gyms in Notting Hill, London and Melbourne, Australia. Having an established client base, she decided to set up her own private studio in her home town of Brighton and Hove. Ora Fitness uses a variety of training including boxing, core stability, weights, Pilates and cardiovascular. The studio has state of the art equipment to make training fun, effective and maximise your results. Ora Fitness offers nutritional advice and will devise training and eating plans to reach your goal. Whether your aim is to run a marathon, recover from an injury, lose weight or tone up, Ora Fitness can help to achieve any goal. Training can be 1 on 1 or in small group at flexible times to fit into your busy lifestyle. Jennifer Neal is a Sport Science Hons graduate with qualifications with Premier Training, American College of Sports Medicine, Keiser and Lifetime. Jennifer also works with a Neurophysiotherapist Nikki Penny at a clinic as fitness consultant. Jennifer has coached children for many years and currently teaches at Sussex Downs College in Lewes a Sport Enrichment course. Ora Fitness trainers are all fully qualified with REPS, first aid trained and have public liability insurance.
