works alongside her 2 sons (former owners of God''s Kitchen Restaurant, Durham and Eden Cafe Sunderland and current owners of the Red Lion in West Boldon).
Her team includes Chef John Paul Cummings (Bristol Marriot Royal - 2aa rosette restaurant, The Royal County Hotel, Durham 2aa rosette restaurant, Seaburn Marriott Hotel and Horton Grange Country Hotel - Magazine featured chef of the month).
