Hypnosis is an alter state of mind which allows you to access your unconscious mind where you are able to face any problem (bad habit or stress etc). In a normal state of mind, our brain is simultaneously processing everything that we see and hear, so dealing with problems and issues is very hard.
When you are in state of hypnosis, your problem and its solution is what your brain concentrates on. Once out of hypnosis you will have the resources to face those problems and you will be very positive.
Neuro Linguistic programming is a set of rules and techniques used to help you change your behaviour (quitting smoking, excessive eating, craving etc).
Over a period of time our brain builds different behaviours and reactions to situations. For example the first cigarette in the morning or under stress tastes the best but you want to quit or deal with phobia.
NLP allows you to notice those habits and behaviours and then I can help you change that for good.
Life coaching will help you as individual or an organisation to re-frame your thinking patterns, attitude, behaviours and achieve success in life. This therapy is commonly used with CBT (Cognitive Behavioural therapy) to achieve the best results.
