Is Adobe too Large to be Acquired

With Adobe’s 20 billion dollar acquisition of Figma failing and the incredible decrease in value of Adobe Inc shares it begs the question, what next for Adobe?

Do they acquire smaller, potential AI rivals or could the previously unthinkable happen and Adobe themselves face a hostile takeover and be acquired by someone else?

Is the fact Adobe is so large and another company taking them over could cause competition, monopoly and merger issues be the only thing stopping someone looking at taking over Adobe?
