Stephens Plastic Mouldings Ltd is a precision UK plastic injection moulding company based in Oldbury, West Midlands. Part of a group with 75 years of engineering heritage through parent company Stephens Gaskets (est. 1947), we combine a precision-engineering culture with modern moulding capability. We run presses from 25 to 470 tonne, hold ISO 9001:2015 (UKAS-accredited) quality systems, and design and build steel and aluminium tooling in-house. With over 90 engineering polymers and tolerances to 0.0005", we supply automotive, medical, electronics, industrial and consumer OEMs -- from prototype tooling and low-volume runs to multi-million-part serial production, delivered across the UK and into Europe.
