Cheryl Thomson Counselling offers confidential, non-judgemental youth counselling for young people aged 12-25. Sessions are available face to face in Aboyne, Aberdeenshire or online across the UK. Counselling provides s safe, supportive space for young people to talk about difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences at their own pace. Support can be helpful for anxiety, low mood, feeling overwhelmed, difficulties with confidence or relationships, changes and loss, self-harm or simply feeling stuck or unsure about things. Cheryl is a qualified youth counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), with many years experience delivering and managing support services for people going through difficult times and circumstances.
