Professional self-defence training for all ages and abilities. We run flexible day courses and evening classes for individuals or groups that want to learn how to defend themselves from violence. Our tailored programmes cater for each and every level of ability, whether you be an advanced black-belt or a total novice. We specialise in self-defence for women and children, and provide both physical and mental guidance on how to combat the unique challenges created in those situations. Our instructors are CRB checked, insured and members of the UK Self Defence Federation. In addition, all our teaching staff have experience competing and coaching in martial arts at an international level, and bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience.
