I work with individuals and groups, using a combination of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Life Coaching and Clinical Hypnosis to enable people to achieve the things they want in their lives. I run courses including; Tools for Life, Goal Setting and Getting, How to Stress Less!, and Diva Dynamics. I also offer telephone and skype coaching sessions, so can be accessed wherever you are based. Having worked in a GP''s surgery for several years I have developed a specialist interest in stress and anxiety and related conditions. I also have a great deal of experience working with young people, promoting self esteem and self worth and assisting people of all ages to identify and work towards their own goals in life.
