Exeter Urban Self Protection is an exciting new club providing realistic self-defence training in Exeter. The club formed at the beginning of 2013 and has sister clubs in Newton Abbot and Barnstaple. URBAN SELF PROTECTION, is a realistic self-defence system devised by a law enforcement officer with 15 years of experience of real life violence in the UK. USP offers a hybrid of some of the world''s most credible defensive tactics and fighting systems, including; KRAV MAGA. MMA. REALITY BASED PERSONAL PROTECTION. Exeter USP is run by an experienced martial artist and former nightclub doorman with experience of real-life confrontation and a passion for bringing clients the best training possible. Group training is currently on Monday evenings and private tuition is available upon request for most days.
