Psychotherapy and Counselling Services with a free initial session I am a trainee Psychotherapist working in South and in east London with available sessions for new clients. If you feel sad without apparent cause, have suffered trauma, bereavement or loss, or if you need to talk about decision making, life purpose or addiction I am here to listen. My practice is based in Transpersonal and Humanistic psychologies, through the exploration of your individual history and future goals, I will work with you as a whole person to allow psychological integration and healing.
