MACK Kickboxing (Modern Association of Combat and Kickboxing) offers tuition for Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Karate, K1, Sub-Strike and Mixed Martial Arts in the Birmingham area. Established in 1996 by Chief Instructor and ICO Chairman, Andrew Hennessy, our well established clubs offer a series of freestyle mixed martial arts syllabuses, for cadets to adults, of all ages and abilities. The Mini Ninjas and Junior Warriors syllabuses are a unique way for children to learn practical combat sports combined with activities to gain confidence, fitness and hand/eye co-ordination. All with qualified CRB/DBS checked instructors. We teach all from the age of 4 upwards. We run 4-6 Year Old, 7-12 Year Old, Adults & Family Classes. Our classes take place in Shirley, Digbeth, Kings Norton, Moseley, Kings Heath & Sutton Coldfield.
