Hello, I'm Meg. Welcome to my Yoga Practice. Thank you for finding me. It is my goal to help you find your pathway to physical health, wellness and spiritual positivity through Yoga. I teach energising, dynamic vinyasa flows and Yin Yoga, which draw upon the importance of breathing and moving with intention. In all my classes, I encourage my students to tune into their body and mind and do what feels good for them at the time, with a truly positive energy before, during and after the class. I hope you'll find a personal practice that feels good for you. I welcome all levels of Yogis to my classes, from beginners to advanced. I am a certified and accredited yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance International. I've been practicing yoga for over 8 years now. And I love it! Rolling my mat out feels like coming home no matter where I am. My goal as a yoga teacher is to educate and empower, help you move better, feel better and free your mind & body.
