I have been teaching yoga for over five years in the UK, Spain and Sri Lanka. I offer private classes at your home, with your family or friends. I also teach teams at the workplace. The two types of yoga that I teach are vinyasa flow and yin yoga. I also teach pranayama - yogic breathing technique. I am currently teaching groups at various gyms in Bath.
