Elite Martial Arts is a martial arts and holistic therapies centre based in the Lace Market in the centre of Nottingham. Here, you will be able to train in a variety of different martial arts from our own Elite Defensive Systems and Elite Jiu Jitsu, to other more traditional styles. The training area or dojo, is fully matted and equipped with top quality training equipment to help ensure the safety and enjoyment of our students. At Elite, we believe that a personal approach to each student’s training is essential for the development of the individual in their chosen style or system. Each student in the EDS or EJJ is given a development plan to achieve their goals. And, whilst we aim to investigate the personal combat zone in detail, we also feel that each student must be moved at a pace which is right for them. All of our martial arts instructors are fully qualified and insured. As well as being instructors, they all pursue their own training with passion and vigour. This helps to maintain their own standards and the quality of the martial arts being taught to our students. For those who are more interested in a holistic approach, yoga, Tai Chi and pilates classes also take place throughout the week.
