We offer all of our clients a range of 5 weight loss programmes all using a combination of fully nutritous mealpaks and foood. Our shop/clinic is based up beside Stirling Castle and is open 5 days a week for clients wishing to drop in and get weighed, pick up mealpaks and to welcome new clients. Over the past year we have helped a number of clients across Forth Valley to lose more than 3 tonnes in body fat and we are only just beginning! The practice is run by husband and wife team David and Jacqueline Lewington. David lost 4 stones in under 10 weeks last year and Jacqueline has been a critical cae nurse for the oast 22 years so there is a wealth of expereince available to help you with your weight loss goals.
