Founded in 1999, KB Fitness is an established Martial Arts School, teaching Kickboxing, Kung Fu, Self Defence and Yoga to people throughout Central London.
Besides keeping your body fit, Kickboxing has many benefits. You can burn anywhere from 450 to 850 calories an hour. Kickboxing reduces and relieves stress; KB students say the classes help them to feel more empowered and confident.
