Established in 2002 by Managing Director, Anne Bagnall, with just a telephone, a database and one client (still with the company to this day), Phonetic has gone from strength to strength. Driven by a management team with many years of collective experience in the telemarketing industry, Phonetic now operates a modern call centre with an 80-seat capacity.
