The Cavendish Psychotherapy Practice

The Cavendish Psyhotherapy Practice comprises three fully trained and accredited female psychotherapists who have many years experience in NHS and private practice settings. Our therapists work with people struggling with emotional and psychological difficulties that they find impair their lives. Through therapy a person will explore their issues and be led to greater self understanding and self awareness; an understanding of the cause of the difficulties and an awareness of why you are feeling the way you are feeling. Talking with our therapists can help relieve psychological symptoms, such as stress and anxiety, depression, panic attacks, addiction, eating disorders and low self esteem. It can generate change and bring about a greater sense of well being. Our therapists work both long term and short term, finding a way of working that suits the patient.
