Classes are fun and include muscular strength and endurance exercises, flexibility, agility and speed work, self defence and other cardiovascular and plyometric exercises. PERSONAL TRAINING: LinkArts Personal Training Services is available to provide sessions at your home, gym, place of work or outdoors. We use various methods to get out clients fit, lean, toned and to achieve general or specific fitness. We have been teaching kickboxing for 25 years, personal training and fitness training since 1999. We will design your training programme according to your requirements; we use kickboxing and boxing techniques and movements to intensify the exercises. We also use max interval training and plyometric training techniques to get quick fat loss, lean and toned body and increased cardiovascular capacity. We pay particular attention to the core area and have designed exercises specifically for this section of the body.
