My name is Alex Sparks and I have over 15 years of experience working within mental health. For the past 8 years I have worked as a family therapist and social entrepreneur specialising in families and relationships; both on an individual basis and in a group setting. My outcomes are very reassuring and my methods of practise produce tangible results in a relatively short space of time.

Online therapy provides is extremely convenient if you don?t have time to commit to face to face therapy.
Online therapy is just as effective as face to face work and can be used to deal with many different issues and problems. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is equally as strong and effective in online therapy as it is in face to face real-life therapy.
Group process addresses feelings of depression, anxiety, low confidence, low self esteem and issues of isolation. Group process helps individuals to learn about themselves; how they relate and behave within their relationships and the impact that this can have on them and significant others. Groups offer support and enable individuals to make positive, tangible and significant life changes; allowing the individual to learn and evolve so they feel better about themselves and the quality of their lives.
