I am a former journalist who turned to teaching yoga after experiencing some serious back problems caused by office work. I started practising yoga more than ten years ago and haven''t stopped ever since. I have RYT 200 certificate and have been teaching Ashtanga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa, Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga, Slow Flow and Teen Yoga.
I take great pleasure in teaching pregnancy yoga, which helped me to get through two pregnancies with my lovely boys. Recently, I have finished Rainbow Kids Yoga Programme intended for parents and toddlers.
