Danielle Collins is the world leading yoga expert. Which includes 10 minutes upper face workout, and 10 minutes lower face workout . Face yoga should be done 6 days a week.
As you face and neck become stronger through exercise they are lifted and firmed and the skin attched to the muscle is also lifted and tautened therefore reducing lines and wrinkles, face muscles are much smaller, so it would take less time for them to increase in strength and tone.

1) The class is 1hr including some relaxation breathing technique.
2) Neck, shoulder and Back exercise, to relax you.
3) 10 Minutes Upper face exercise workout.
4) 10 Minutes Lower face exercise workout.

How long will it take to see results.
You will see and feel some difference straight away. Your muscles feel good and have a rosy glow.
Every one is different person to person it varies, As a general rule you will start to see more of a long term improvement
in face and neck in 2 weeks.
After 2-4 months you will notice you have less fine lines and less tension and people notice you look healthier and energized .
Within 6-9 months people have reported that they look and feel many years younger and feel relaxed within themselves.
