Dr Hagen Rampes, has a background in conventional medicine and psychiatry. However his interest and scientific know how in complementary medicine and holistic practices led him to train with the co founder of Mindfulness Meditation Dr Zindel Segal on Cognitive based Mindfulness Therapy.
His biography of his route into this practice indicates his passion for the subject and he is well versed and trained in many other therapies such as, homoeopathy acupuncture, hypnosis and yoga. Mindfulness Practice binds these practices.
There are several Group classes that you can join or there is the option of One to One sessions which you can also do in the comfort of your own home. We will be able to tailor the option that is best suited to your needs.
