The majority of the groups that I have taught over the years are people who have chronic health conditions, and because of the interest that I have in health, I trained as a Yoga Therapist with Mukunda Stiles in London. The classes comprise of attention to posture, exercises that can be tailored to various conditions, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation techniques, positive thinking and diet.

I took up yoga 7 years ago as a way of de-stressing from my extemely pressurised job in The City and it really was a ''llight bulb'' moment. I am fully insured with the British Wheel of Yoga and fully trained First Aider. I teach Hatha yoga.
